2. The service

Bellahoppa provides manually prepared, personalised travel-planning information based on the information submitted through the Bellahoppa Travel Profile questionnaire.

The service includes a personalised travel plan prepared and reviewed by Bellahoppa and delivered to the email address supplied by the customer.

Bellahoppa does not make travel reservations or bookings and does not act as a travel agent, tour operator or representative of any airline, hotel, transport provider, attraction or other third-party supplier.

3. Price and payment

The price of one Personalised Bellahoppa Travel Plan is US$9.99.

Payment is made as a one-time payment through Stripe. The customer’s bank or card provider may apply currency-conversion charges or other fees.

Bellahoppa will not begin preparing the travel plan until payment has been successfully confirmed and the completed questionnaire has been received.

4. Delivery

The personalised travel plan will normally be prepared, reviewed and emailed to the customer within five business days after successful payment and receipt of a complete questionnaire.

Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays in England.

If further information is reasonably required, Bellahoppa may contact the customer. The delivery period may be paused until the requested information is supplied.

If Bellahoppa cannot provide the service, the customer will be informed and will receive a full refund.

5. Customer responsibilities

The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate information, including destination, dates, traveller details, preferences, budget, mobility requirements, dietary requirements and any other relevant circumstances.

Bellahoppa is not responsible for problems caused by incomplete, incorrect or outdated information supplied by the customer.

The customer must independently check passports, visas, entry requirements, vaccinations, insurance requirements and official travel advice.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Customers purchasing online may have a legal right to cancel the service within 14 days of purchase.

During checkout, the customer may expressly request Bellahoppa to begin providing the service during this 14-day cancellation period.

If the customer cancels after work has begun but before the service has been fully performed, Bellahoppa may retain or charge a reasonable proportion of the price for work already completed, as permitted by law.

Once the personalised service has been fully performed following the customer’s express request to begin during the cancellation period, the customer loses the statutory right to cancel.

Nothing in these Terms limits the customer’s statutory rights where the service is not provided with reasonable care and skill or is otherwise not as described.

To request cancellation, contact info@bellahoppa.com and provide the customer’s name and Bellahoppa Client ID.

7. Travel information and third-party services

Travel conditions, prices, schedules, opening hours, availability, entry requirements and local rules can change after a travel plan is prepared.

Customers must verify important information directly with official authorities and relevant third-party suppliers before booking or travelling.

Any suggested hotel, restaurant, activity, route, transport service or other supplier remains independent from Bellahoppa. The customer is responsible for deciding whether to book or use it.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, recommendations are not paid endorsements and availability is not guaranteed.

8. Health, safety and accessibility

Bellahoppa uses voluntarily supplied dietary, accessibility, mobility and health-related information only to help tailor the travel plan.

Bellahoppa does not provide medical, legal, safety or accessibility guarantees. Customers should obtain appropriate professional advice and confirm their individual requirements directly with relevant suppliers.

9. Intellectual property and permitted use

The personalised travel plan is supplied for the customer’s personal, non-commercial use.

The customer may not reproduce, resell, publish or commercially distribute the plan without Bellahoppa’s written permission.

10. Liability

Bellahoppa will prepare the personalised travel plan with reasonable care and skill.

Bellahoppa is not responsible for acts, omissions, cancellations, delays, price changes or service failures of independent third-party suppliers.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or the customer’s statutory consumer rights.

11. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Bellahoppa Privacy Notice, available through the website.

Marketing consent is optional and separate from acceptance of these Terms and from any consent required for sensitive information.

12. Complaints

Questions or complaints should be sent to info@bellahoppa.com. Please include the Bellahoppa Client ID where available.

Bellahoppa will aim to acknowledge complaints within five business days.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Customers living elsewhere in the United Kingdom retain any mandatory rights and protections available under the laws applicable to them.
